A few things to check off before you head to Las Vegas.

Use Agenda Builder to save your must-attend sessions and reserve your spot in a hands-on lab or roundtable. For all other sessions, seating is available onsite on a first-come, first-served basis.

Confirm your plans
Take a moment to review your registration details for a faster onsite check-in and confirm your hotel reservation before you travel. Any hotel changes should be made directly with the hotel.

Pack for SuiteWorld
Think business casual, comfortable shoes, and a layer for cool indoor spaces. Don't forget your government-issued photo ID for badge pickup.

SuiteWorld essentials
Badge pickup
Find your check-in QR code in the SuiteWorld mobile app or your express check-in email, and bring a valid, government-issued photo ID.
SuiteWorld badges are required for all sessions and activities, including The Party. Guests with pre-purchased Party passes must pick up their own badge with a valid photo ID.

Sessions, hands-on labs, and roundtables
Hands-on labs and roundtables require advance registration. Attendees may reserve one hands-on lab and one roundtable—either product or industry. Walk-up lines will be available on site.
Reserved a lab or roundtable? Arrive at least 15 minutes early. Unclaimed seats may be released to walk-up attendees five minutes before the session begins.
All other sessions: Seating is first-come, first-served onsite.
The Party
Close out SuiteWorld with GRAMMY® Award-winning, multi-platinum band Maroon 5 as SuiteWorld and Oracle AI World come together for The Party.

The Venetian Expo
Getting there: The Party is located in Hall A on Level 2 of the Venetian Expo. You can enter:
- From Caesars Forum via the Keynote Bridge between 9:00 PM–1:00 AM
- From The Venetian Expo by heading to Level 2, Hall A
Safety and security
Security screening: Oracle will have security screening at all event entrances, including the keynote and The Party. For the quickest entry, travel light and avoid backpacks or large bags when possible. Bags, backpacks, purses, overcoats, and other items that may conceal prohibited items may be subject to search by security personnel.
The Party bag limit: Bags or purses larger than 12" x 6" x 12" are not permitted at The Party.
Luggage: Due to security protocol, luggage and overnight bags are not allowed inside Caesars Forum or The Venetian.
