General
Per Oracle rules and regulations, every attendee must register for the conference themselves using their own Oracle Account single sign-on (SSO) login, created with a current business email. If an attendee does not have an Oracle Account already created, they must create one at oracle.com(opens in a new tab). If you need help with your Oracle account, visit the Oracle Account help page(opens in a new tab) for troubleshooting options or to file a help request.
Attendees must use their own badge while onsite at the event. Badges are nontransferable and an attendee may not share, swap, or loan their badge with/to any other person(s) onsite. Any person found to be in violation of this policy will have their badge confiscated and revoked by event personnel and will be asked to leave the conference. No refunds will be given.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted at any SuiteWorld Las Vegas conference activity, keynote, or session. Anyone under the age of 21 will not be able to attend The Party on Wednesday evening, even if accompanied by an adult.
Substitutions
Substitutions can be requested by sending an email from the original registrant’s email to the SuiteWorld Registration Team(opens in a new tab) with the names of both the original and substitute registrants. You may not transfer your pass to a public sector employee or an Oracle employee. Substitutions are subject to approval by the registration team and cannot involve changes in registration payment method. All requests for substitutions must be received and approved by the registration team no later than August 23, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. PT. Substitution requests received after this date might not be honored. Hotel changes are the responsibility of the registrant. All fees related to making, changing or cancelling travel and hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be received via email and sent to the SuiteWorld Registration Team(opens in a new tab).
- Cancellations received by July 29, 2024, 5:00 p.m. PT are eligible for a full refund (less a 7% processing fee).
- Cancellations received between July 29, 2024, at 5:01 p.m. and August 16, 2024, 5:00 p.m. PT are eligible for at 50% refund.
- Cancellations received after August 16, 2024, 5:01 p.m. PT are not eligible for a refund.
If you are travelling from another country and your visa application is denied, you still need to adhere to the cancellation policy deadlines listed above when requesting a refund. Eligible refunds will be processed for the US dollar amount of the registration fee paid at the time of the original transaction and will not include any other fees incurred such as wire transfer, international taxes, etc. Oracle is not responsible for fluctuations in currency exchange rates between the transaction date and the refund date.
Refunds do not apply under the following conditions:
- Passes where no registration fee has been paid.
- Attendees who do not pick up their badge credentials onsite.
- Group passes that would not meet the 3 pass minimum.
- Passes revoked due to misuse or violation of the Event Code of Conduct(opens in a new tab) or other event terms.
Cancellation of travel and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
Cancellations Initiated by Oracle
Oracle reserves the right to refuse registration or admission to anyone for any reason. If Oracle cancels an attendee’s registration prior to the event, Oracle will provide a full refund of the registration fee. If Oracle revokes a registration due to abuse or misconduct, the registration fee is not eligible for refund. If Oracle rescinds your registration and refunds your pass payment, under no circumstances will Oracle be liable for any incidental damages, such as flight, hotel, or other related expenses.
Payments
All payments for registrations, including add-on passes, must be received in full by 5:00 p.m. PT on July 29, 2024. Contact the SuiteWorld Registration Team(opens in a new tab) if you have questions. Registrations received after July 29, 2024, will be required to pay by credit card.
Payment methods
Payment in US dollars can be provided at the time of registration. Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa)
- Checks made payable to Oracle America, Inc.
- Wire transfer
Checks and wire transfers must be received by 5:00 p.m. PT on July 29, 2024.
Public Sector Rate Eligibility & Additional Public Sector Certifications
Oracle’s definition of “public sector” extends beyond (but includes) traditional government agencies and ministries. The definition also includes state-owned entities, such as those in which a government has 30% or more ownership, voting control, and/or the ability to appoint officers or directors. For example, some airlines, financial institutions, telecommunications companies, healthcare, utilities, energy exploration companies, hospitals, and other businesses may qualify.
Public-sector attendees registering under the public-sector rate will be required to show their employer-issued ID or other proof of public-sector employment as well as a government-issued photo ID during check-in at Caesars Forum.
Oracle may, at its sole discretion, charge the full SuiteWorld conference rate to anyone not satisfying these requirements or cancel ineligible registrations. Public-sector discounts, with or without The Party, are available only to those who qualify. Public-sector employees are not eligible to use a complimentary pass, group pass, or pass provided by another party to register for SuiteWorld. If Oracle rescinds your registration and refunds your payment, Oracle is not liable for any incidental damages, such as flight, hotel, or other related expenses or fees.
Nonprofit Rate Eligibility
The nonprofit rate is open to bona fide employees of registered nonprofit organizations. During the registration process, registrants should use their organization’s official email address for validation purposes. Oracle may, at its sole discretion, charge the full SuiteWorld conference rate to anyone not satisfying these requirements. Nonprofit rates are available only to those who qualify. If Oracle rescinds your registration and refunds your payment, Oracle is not liable for any incidental damages, such as flight, hotel, or other related expenses or fees.

Group Pass Registration Rates
The group pass registration rate allows a group to prepay for multiple registrations at once. Discounts are applied when three or more passes are purchased as a bulk group pass purchase. Group Pass Guidelines
Original purchaser of a group pass can increase the amount of individual passes in the attendee portal until 5:00 p.m PT on September 6, 2024. Contact the SuiteWorld Registration Team(opens in a new tab) if you have questions. Group pass rate cannot be applied to existing Full Conference Individual Pass options.
Qualified Purchases
- This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts.
- Payment may only be made by credit card.
Restrictions
- Group Pass rate cannot be applied to an existing individual registration.
- Group Passes may not be purchased or used use by any employee of a public sector entity (based on Oracle’s public sector definition). Public-sector attendees must use the public-sector rate. Group passes purchased for public-sector employees will be revoked and are ineligible for a refund.
- Oracle employees are not permitted to accept or use a purchased pass.
- Registrants planning to speak at SuiteWorld should not purchase or use a Group Pass discount code to register; eligible and approved speakers may be eligible for a complimentary pass or discounted pass.
- The Group Pass rate is only applicable if the minimum purchase is met.
Refunds or Substitutions
- Refunds are subject to cancellation fees.
- Refunds are eligible for Group Passes purchased, if 3 pass minimum requirement is still met.
- Reassignment of passes must follow substitution guidelines and deadlines.
- Unused passes will not be refunded.
- Passes that have been revoked are not eligible for a refund.

Discounts and Complimentary Codes
All registration discounts and complimentary codes are eligible only for new registrations and will not be applied to existing or completed registrations. Complimentary passes are not redeemable onsite. Public-sector attendees are not eligible to use complimentary codes. Speakers with accepted in-person sessions who are public-sector attendees may be eligible for complimentary or discounted passes.
Travel Expenses
If registrants require travel to attend SuiteWorld, all reservations and expenses are the responsibility of the traveler. Oracle employees, contractors, and partners are not authorized to facilitate or pay for any travel expenses for event registrants and/or attendees unless specifically pre-approved in writing under Oracle’s Non-Employee Travel process.
Health and Safety Protocols
Oracle cares about the health and safety of our customers, employees, and communities. We continue to monitor local health protocols and mandates to ensure we can meet them in the safest way possible. We will do our best to communicate any changes as they arise and appreciate your cooperation to ensure we can gather in a safe and compliant manner.

Entry to the United States: Visas and Immigration
Travel documents and/or immigration inquiries: Completion of registration and payment will generate a registration confirmation receipt email. Oracle does not issue customized documentation to registrants in support of travel to, or attendance at, Oracle events. Oracle employees, contractors, or partners are strictly prohibited from issuing such documents. Registrants are responsible for knowing, understanding, and complying with all applicable US immigration laws and should consult with their own employer for any required letters to support applications for visas and travel requirements.
Travel restrictions and/or requirements: Travelers are responsible to research, understand, and comply with any entry restrictions and/or health and quarantine requirements based upon their country of departure. It is the traveler’s responsibility to be aware of any entry or policy changes prior to traveling to the US.
Customers, partners, contractors, media, and other non-Oracle individuals: Oracle does not provide any documents or letters in connection with US visa/immigration matters. Oracle employees are strictly prohibited from issuing such documents. Travelers are advised to obtain US immigration guidance, documents, and support from their respective employer.

Terms for Use of Attendee Photos or Likeness
By registering, attendees grant Oracle Corporation, its affiliates (“Oracle”), and its agents the right to take photographs or videos of them during SuiteWorld activities.
Attendees grant Oracle and its agents, assignees, and transferees the worldwide right to use, copy, distribute, exhibit, broadcast, transmit, perform, publish, and display the photos/videos of attendees, with or without names and biographic material, in any media including in print and electronic. Oracle may use the photos/videos for any lawful purpose including, but not limited to, publicity, marketing, and advertising.
Attendees understand that Oracle may process personal information collected in connection with likeness, voice, or portrait or included in the materials, in accordance with the Oracle General Privacy Policy(opens in a new tab). Oracle is under no obligation to compensate attendees. Attendees agree that Oracle is the exclusive copyright owner of the photographs/videos. Attendees further understand that content posted to social networks will be subject to the social network’s applicable terms and privacy policy.
Photo/Recording Restrictions
The use of any device to capture images and sound, live stream, upload, or rebroadcast speakers or presentations is strictly prohibited at all official Oracle event meetings, sessions, and events without express written consent from SuiteWorld@oracle.com(opens in a new tab).

Dietary or Meal Preferences
Oracle prepares for attendees with many dietary requirements and we will make an effort to accommodate most special requests. We cannot guarantee the ability to fulfill every appeal that diverges from standard special needs (vegetarian, vegan, kosher, gluten/dairy free, etc.). Special meals are available on first-come, first-served basis, and some meals might be limited in quantity.

As a US-based event Oracle abides by The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) which became law in 1990. Onsite Reprints for Lost Badges
Lost badges can be reprinted for a processing fee of $100 USD. Please visit the SuiteWorld 2024 registration assistance counter in Caesars Forum if you need to replace a lost badge. You must provide a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a passport or driver’s license.
Onsite Security
Oracle is deploying multiple layers of physical security to keep everyone safe at SuiteWorld, and security screening will be in place at all the entrances to the event. Any issues or concerns that surface at SuiteWorld can be reported to on-site security staff or the Oracle Global Physical Security Team at eventssecurity_gps_ww_grp@oracle.com(opens in a new tab). During the event, you can easily find security information in the Oracle Events mobile app or printed on the back of your badge.
CPE Credits
Please note that CPE credit is available only for those attending certain Pre-Event Training courses. Details will be included on the certificates provided within 2-4 business days after the session has been completed.
Wire Transfer Fees and International Taxes
Wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the attendee. They are not deducted from registration fees, and are not eligible for refund.
SuiteWorld registration packages are not subject to US city, state, or federal taxes. If an attendee’s country of residence has additional taxes, those are the sole responsibility of the attendee and cannot be deducted from registration fees and are not eligible for refund. Wire Transfer must be received by 5:00 p.m on July 29, 2024 or registrant will be required to provide credit card payment, once wire transfer is received a refund to the credit card will be issued within 30 Days.
