The full conference pass includes access to SuiteWorld sessions (keynotes, breakouts, hands-on labs), access to the Expo, evening events (welcome reception, industry reception, and The Party), daily breakfast and lunch (Monday–Wednesday), and 30 days of SuiteWorld On Air access after the event. The pass also includes access to Oracle AI World mainstage keynotes and the AI World Hub.

Oracle is deploying multiple layers of physical security to keep everyone safe at SuiteWorld, and security screening will be in place at all the entrances to the event. Any issues or concerns that surface at SuiteWorld can be reported to on-site security staff or the Oracle Global Physical Security team at eventssecurity_gps_ww_grp@oracle.com(opens in a new tab).

Per Oracle rules and regulations, every attendee must register for the conference themselves using their own Oracle account single sign-on (SSO) login, created with a current business email.

Yes. Groups of three or more attending SuiteWorld can take advantage of a discounted rate of $1,895. Passes are available through October 28, 2026. You can complete your registration here(opens in a new tab) for group passes.

Pre-event training is available as an add-on for SuiteWorld full conference pass holders. Attendees can choose a 2-day training pass, which includes two separate one-day classes on Saturday and Sunday or a 1-day training pass on Sunday only. Training sessions take place from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PT each day.

You can add a pre-event training course during the registration process. If you would like to add it later, log in to your SuiteWorld Attendee Portal(opens in a new tab) to add it to your existing registration.

We accept American Express, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, Visa, check, and wire transfer. If you have payment questions, please contact the SuiteWorld Registration team(opens in a new tab). If you register and have not paid in full by 5:00 p.m. PT on October 2, 2026, your registration will automatically be canceled, and you will receive an email notification.

All registrations completed after October 2, 2026, will be required to pay by credit card.

Attendees must use their own badge while onsite at the event. Badges are non-transferable and an attendee may not share, swap, or loan their badge with/to any other person(s) onsite. Any person found to be in violation of this policy will have their badge confiscated and revoked by event personnel and will be asked to leave the conference. No refunds will be given.

No one under 18 is permitted at any SuiteWorld conference activity, keynote, or session. Anyone under 21 will not be able to attend The Party on Tuesday evening, even if accompanied by an adult.

We do not offer guest passes to the conference.

Attendees may purchase a Guest Party pass to The Party on Tuesday evening.

Note: All in-person conference packages already include access to The Party. Anyone under 21 will not be able to attend The Party, even if accompanied by an adult. This package must be purchased as an addition to a qualifying conference registration. It cannot be purchased as a stand-alone item. Limit one purchase per attendee.

Substitutions

Substitutions can be requested by sending an email from the original registrant’s email to the SuiteWorld Registration team with the names of both the original and substitute registrants.

Substitutions cannot involve changes in payment method. All requests for substitutions must be received and approved by the SuiteWorld registration team by October 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. PT. Hotel bookings are the responsibility of the registrant. Substitution requests received after this date might not be honored.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be requested by sending an email to the SuiteWorld Registration team.

• Cancellations received by September 4, 2026, 5:00 p.m. PT are eligible for a full refund (less a 7% processing fee).
• Cancellations received between September 4, 2026, at 5:01 p.m. and October 2, 2026, 5:00 p.m. PT are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations received after October 2, 2026, 5:01 p.m. PT are not eligible for a refund.

Group passes are eligible for a refund provided the 3-pass minimum requirement is met. Group pass cancellations are subject to cancellation fees and guidelines outlined above.

Refunds do not apply under the following conditions:

• Passes where no registration fee has been paid.
• Attendees who do not pick up their badge credentials onsite.
• Group passes that would not meet the 3-pass minimum.

Oracle reserves the right to refuse registration or admission to anyone for any reason. If Oracle cancels an attendee’s registration prior to the event, Oracle will provide a full refund of the registration fee. If Oracle revokes a registration due to abuse or misconduct, the registration fee is not eligible for refund. If Oracle rescinds your registration and refunds your pass payment, under no circumstances will Oracle be liable for any incidental damages, such as flight, hotel, or other related expenses.

Oracle doesn't issue documents or letters in connection with US visa or immigration matters for customers, partners, contractors, media, and other non-employees. Event attendees should consult with their own employers for any required letters to support applications for visas and travel requirements.

If you are traveling from another country and your visa application is denied, you still need to adhere to the cancellation policy deadlines listed above when requesting a refund. Eligible refunds will be processed for the US dollar amount of the registration fee payment at the time of the original transaction and will not include any other fees incurred such as wire transfer fees, international taxes, etc. Oracle is not responsible for fluctuations in currency exchange rates between the transaction date and the refund date.
