What is SuiteWorld?

SuiteWorld is the largest annual gathering of the NetSuite community! It will be held in Las Vegas on October 6-9, 2025. Our customers and partners look forward to SuiteWorld every year as a place to hear the latest from NetSuite, get hands-on learning, and connect with each other.

Where is the event being held?

Caesars Forum in Las Vegas. Note that Caesars Forum is connected to Harrah’s and not located inside of Caesars Palace Hotel.

What are the conference dates?

Monday, October 6 to Thursday, October 9. Pre-Event Training 2-day course packages are available at an additional cost and will take place on Sunday, October 5 and Monday, October 6.

What is included in a full conference pass?

A SuiteWorld Las Vegas Full Conference Pass includes admission to all sessions (keynotes, breakouts, workshops), Expo, Welcome reception, Industry Reception, The Party, conference meals (breakfast, snacks, and lunch) on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and access to SuiteWorld On Air for 30 days post-event.

How do I register?

Per Oracle rules and regulations, every attendee must register for the conference themselves using their own Oracle Account single sign-on (SSO) login, created with a current business email.

If an attendee does not have an Oracle Account already created, they must create one at Oracle.com. The process only takes 2 minutes. If you need help with your Oracle account, visit the Oracle Account help page(opens in new tab) for troubleshooting options or to file a help request.

Is there a group rate if my company is sending more than one person?

Yes, groups of 3 or more attending SuiteWorld Las Vegas will be offered a discounted rate of $1,895. Passes are available from April 29 through October 9.

How do I register for Pre-Event Training or edit my choice of training class?

Pre-Event Training is only available to those who purchase a SuiteWorld Las Vegas full conference pass.

Pre-Event Training 2-day workshops are taking place on Sunday, October 5, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT and Monday, October 6, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT. Pre-Event Training registration is now closed.

Can I share my badge with a colleague?

Attendees must use their own badge while onsite at the event. Badges are non-transferable and an attendee may not share, swap, or loan their badge with/to any other person(s) onsite. Any person found to be in violation of this policy will have their badge confiscated and revoked by event personnel and will be asked to leave the conference. No refunds will be given.

Is there an age limit at SuiteWorld?

No one under 18 is permitted at any SuiteWorld Las Vegas conference activity, keynote, or session. Anyone under 21 will not be able to attend the Industry Reception on Tuesday or The Party on Wednesday, even if accompanied by an adult.

Can I bring a guest to SuiteWorld?

We do not offer guest passes to the conference.

How can I book my hotel?

Hotel changes and bookings through the SuiteWorld Attendee Portal are now closed.

Any new reservations are subject to hotel availability and current rates, and can be made by calling your chosen hotel directly.

To make changes to existing reservations, please contact the hotel you reserved directly. Be sure to reference your SuiteWorld 2025 hotel confirmation email when you call.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

The property allows cancellations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled arrival date. The property will charge you a one (1) night guestroom rate plus tax for cancellations within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled arrival date or failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date ("no-show"). Any remaining nights of a no-show reservation will be canceled without additional penalty.

How are US visa stamp matters handled for travel to the US for Oracle owned conferences?

Oracle does not issue documents or letters in connection with US visa / immigration matters. Our employees are prohibited from issuing such letters.

Will I be issued a refund if my Visa is denied?

If you are traveling from another country and your visa application is denied, you still need to adhere to the cancellation policy deadlines listed above when requesting a refund. Eligible refunds will be processed for the US dollar amount of the registration fee payment at the time of the original transaction and will not include any other fees incurred such as wire transfer fees, international taxes, etc. Oracle is not responsible for fluctuations in currency exchange rates between the transaction date and the refund date.

Call for Speakers is an invitation for customers to share their experiences, insights, and best practices at SuiteWorld.

I submitted my interest to speak before April 1. When will I find out if I was accepted and earned a complimentary pass?

Those that submitted by April 1, 2025, were notified of their status via email on April 22, 2025. If you did not receive a notification, please reach out to our Speaker Support Team.

What is the conference attire?

Dress however you feel comfortable. Most attendees dress in business casual.

What is the weather like in Las Vegas in October?

The average temperature in October in Las Vegas is 83 °F (28 °C). SuiteWorld activities will take place both indoors and outdoors, so we recommend dressing in layers, as meeting rooms can be cool and networking activities may take place outside.

Is Caesars Forum ADA compliant?

Yes, Caesars Forum is ADA compliant.

Can I bring a guest to The Party?

Attendees may purchase a Guest Party Pass to The Party on Wednesday evening.

Note: All in-person conference packages already include access to the party. Anyone under 21 will not be able to attend The Party, even if accompanied by an adult. This package must be purchased as an addition to a qualifying conference registration. It cannot be purchased as a stand-alone item. Limit one purchase per attendee.

What forms of payment do you accept, and when is the payment due?

We accept American Express, Diner’s Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, Visa, UnionPay, check, and wire transfer. If you have payment questions, please contact the SuiteWorld Registration team. If you register and have not paid in full by 5:00 p.m. PT on September 10, 2025, your registration will automatically be canceled, and you will receive an email notification.

All registrations completed after September 10, 2025, will be required to pay by credit card.

What are the substitution and cancellation policies?

Substitutions

Substitutions can be requested by sending an email from the original registrant’s email to the SuiteWorld Registration team with the names of both the original and substitute registrants.

Substitutions cannot involve changes in payment method. All requests for substitutions must be received and approved by the SuiteWorld registration team by September 10, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. PT. Hotel bookings are the responsibility of the registrant. Substitution requests received after this date might not be honored.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be requested by sending an email to the SuiteWorld Registration team.

• Cancellations received by August 1, 2025, 5:00 p.m. PT are eligible for a full refund (less a 7% processing fee).
• Cancellations received between August 1, 2025, at 5:01 p.m. and September 10, 2025, 5:00 p.m. PT are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations received after September 10, 2025, 5:01 p.m. PT are not eligible for a refund.

Group passes are eligible for a refund provided the 3-pass minimum requirement is met. Group pass cancellations are subject to cancellation fees and guidelines outlined above.

Refunds do not apply under the following conditions:

• Passes where no registration fee has been paid.
• Attendees who do not pick up their badge credentials onsite.
• Group passes that would not meet the 3-pass minimum.

Oracle reserves the right to refuse registration or admission to anyone for any reason. If Oracle cancels an attendee’s registration prior to the event, Oracle will provide a full refund of the registration fee. If Oracle revokes a registration due to abuse or misconduct, the registration fee is not eligible for refund. If Oracle rescinds your registration and refunds your pass payment, under no circumstances will Oracle be liable for any incidental damages, such as flight, hotel, or other related expenses.
