Thaw draws on expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP), accounting, business intelligence (BI), customer relationship management (CRM), product lifecycle management (PLM), human capital management (HCM) and supply chain management (SCM). Prior to joining TEC, Thaw ran his own manufacturing and distribution businesses, where he acquired extensive experience in operations and enterprise software selection. Ken leads impact investments at TechSoup and also
serves as Vice President of Development for the organization. He was previously
General Manager of NGOsource, a project of the Council on Foundations and
TechSoup, which reviews NGOs and certifies them as equivalent to US public
charities through a process called Equivalency Determination. Ken’s career has
included management roles in nonprofit organizations, VC-backed technology
start-ups, and leading global firms. Prior to TechSoup, he served as executive
director of the Sager Family Foundation. He worked as the Executive Director of
Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) Peace Action Network, a nonprofit
initiative that mobilized YPO's global network of 20,000 business leaders to
make an impact on regional conflict and poverty. Ken worked as Vice President,
International at OffRoad Capital, where he was responsible for international
business development. Ken has also worked in Japan with Sanwa Research, Sanwa
Bank's Tokyo-based strategy consulting group. Ken earned an A.B. with honors in
Physics from Harvard University, and an M.P.P. degree from Harvard's Kennedy
School of Government.

Over the past 6 years, Sarah has become a leader in the design and development of Speech Recognition IVR’s and the Telecommunications industry. Chris Whitfield grew up in North Florida on an apiary making Tupelo honey and now serves as Chief Financial Officer for Mana Nutrition. Mana is a not-for-profit headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina and serves to feed severely malnourished children as a global leader in the production of ready-to-use foods. Chris leads the finance and administrative teams and is integrally involved in the management of the supply chain and manufacturing. He has brought financial management principals from the for-profit world to this mission-based not-for-profit. His background in public accounting and financial management of manufacturing and service-based businesses has provided him a platform to generate growth and stability at Mana. From his days around beehives to now, Chris has always been interested is leveraging technology to improve efficiencies and outputs of the organizations he's served.
Thomas Willhoft has been an Analyst with Domino's Supply Chain IT department and supported NetSuite at their Equipment and Supply division for 3 years. In his time with Domino's he has gone through implementations of the NetSuite WMS and Demand Planning Modules, upgraded their B2B website created through SuiteCommerce Advanced, and created various other customization's in order to improve the user experience at Domino's. He believes that too often companies only scratch the surface of the tools they utilize. A particular focus for Madeleine is drafting new strategies for organizations to prevent sexual harassment in order to create a safer workplace for all. Prior to joining Mercer, Madeleine worked for the Centers for Disease Control to craft public health policy related to the formerly incarcerated and the impact of recidivism on their communities. Madeleine also spent several years as a local government consultant to connect government officials with their constituents by tailoring resident surveys to the community and sharing data with city councils to make smarter choices for policies and budgets. Outside of work, Madeleine volunteers with organizations focused on the literacy of those who are incarcerated. Madeleine holds an undergraduate degree from Boston University in international relations and public health. Madeleine is passionate about building diverse workforces and inclusive workplaces through data and insights. She lives in Seattle and is an avid hiker.

Craig Zampa is a principal in Plante Moran’s IT consulting practice. He has over 24 years of information technology experience including promotion to chief information officer (CIO) for a privately held organization in advance of joining Plante Moran in early 2012. Craig leads the commercial industries enterprise systems advisory (ESA) services practice that provides assessment, selection, and implementation advisory services to clients. In addition, the ESA team conducts IT transaction advisory services (due diligence, transition planning, TSA author/negotiation, and transition management) for private equity portfolios or targets that range from $15 million to $1.6 billion in size. Craig serves on the leadership team of Plante Moran’s national food & beverage and private equity group practices as the IT consulting practice representative.
