Health & Safety Guidelines
Oracle NetSuite cares about the health and safety of our customers, employees, and communities. We continue to monitor local COVID-19 protocols and mandates to ensure we can meet in the safest way possible.
These protocols and mandates may change at any time. We will do our best to communicate any changes as they arise and appreciate your cooperation.
Entrance into SuiteWorld will require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test every 48 hours. In addition, all attendees will be required to answer daily screening questions via a secure app or a questionnaire.
Vaccination and Testing
Prior to arrival, US based attendees will need to download CLEAR Health Pass, a free and secure app that allows you to upload proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test so that you can move through onsite screening quickly and easily. See here for instructions.
Fully Vaccinated is defined by the CDC as 2 weeks after a second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer, or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine.
Attendees not Fully Vaccinated per the above legal definition will require proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR or rapid test result every 48 hours to gain access to the event.
There are two options for testing.
You can upload and choose from an approved list of testing locations from the CLEAR Health Pass app.
Onsite testing will be available at Caesar's Forum. Rapid Antigen Testing will be available at a discounted rate of $95 per test with code SWRAPID. PCR Testing is available for $195 per test with the code SWPCR.
You will need to pre-register for each test required here. Results will be sent in approximately 10 minutes to the email you registered with.
You must show a valid negative test every 48 hours. For example, if you receive a negative test Monday morning, you will need a new negative test before you enter the event on Wednesday.
Note: if you choose onsite testing you will not use the CLEAR Health Pass app and will be required to fill out a questionnaire before entrance.
