General Information

What is SuiteWorld?: SuiteWorld is NetSuite’s largest annual conference. It’s designed specifically for NetSuite customers, partners and developers. SuiteWorld gives attendees the opportunity to tap into the power of the NetSuite ecosystem, network face to face, and shape the next evolution of cloud computing services.

What are the conference dates for SuiteWorld19?: The conference kicks off on Monday, April 1, 2019, at 5:00 p.m. and ends on Thursday, April 4, at 2:30 p.m. Pre-event training workshops are available at an additional cost on Sunday, March 31, and Monday, April 1, from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

How do I register for SuiteWorld19?: Please review these step by step instructions on how to complete your registration.
Is there a group rate if my company is sending more than one person?: Yes. The SuiteWorld19 Group Pass purchase program will allow you to prepay for four (4) or more full conference registration passes at once for $1,295 per registrant. There are no discounts offered for three (3) or fewer passes. This offer is only valid when paying by credit card, is nonrefundable, and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. Group passes are 100% non-refundable. For more details, review the Group Pass Purchase Program section of the Terms and Conditions.
What forms of payment are accepted and when is the payment due?: We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and purchase orders as payments for SuiteWorld19 conference passes. We’ll accept payments made by purchase orders for fees totaling $5,000 or more until February 15, 2019. Full payment must be received by March 1, 2019. Attendees who haven’t submitted full payment prior to their arrival at the conference will be charged the late rate, and payment will be due immediately before they are allowed to enter the conference.
What are the cancellation policies and substitution policies ?: All cancellations must be received via an email sent to the SuiteWorld registration team at SuiteWorld@gpjreg.com. Cancellation of travel and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant. Note: Refund policy does not apply to package where no registration fee has been paid. Refunds will not be given to attendees who do not pick up their badge credentials onsite. For a full refund, cancellations must be received by February 8, 2019 by 5:00 PT. For a 50% refund, cancellation must be received between February 8, 5:01 PM and March 1, 2019, 5:00 pm PT. No refunds are allowed for any group passes purchased. Any requests for refunds following the actual event must be submitted by email no later than June 7, 2019, 5:00 pm PT. Oracle reserves the right to refuse registration or admission to anyone for any reason. If Oracle cancels your registration, Oracle will provide a full refund if applicable.
Is there a Discover Pass to SuiteWorld this year?: Yes, the Discover Pass gives you access to all NetSuite executive keynotes, general sessions, and the SuiteWorld Expo, as well as breakout sessions designed for attendees considering NetSuite. A Discover Pass is $95.

Pre-Event Training

How do I register for pre-event training or edit my choice of training class?: Pre-event training workshops will be held Sunday, March 31, and Monday, April 1, from 8:00 a.m.–5 :00 p.m. Please see the Training page for details. You can add training workshops to your schedule when you register for SuiteWorld19. If you need to add training at a later date, log in to your MySuiteWorld account and add it to your already-existing conference pass. You’ll need the username and password that you created during registration. Note: You cannot sign up for pre-event training unless you have purchased a full conference pass.

Agenda

How do I submit a session idea to be considered as a speaker at SuiteWorld?: The Call for Submissions closed on December 6, 2018.
Where do I find information on the agenda?: The SuiteWorld19 Agenda at a Glance can be found on the Program page.
Can I go to any of these sessions and mix tracks on the agenda?: Yes! You are welcome to mix and match any of the sessions to fit your agenda (with the exception NetSuite for Partner Sessions, as they are for partners only).
How do I register for an Ask The SuiteGuru session?: Registration for NetSuite Guru 1:1s will be available through the Agenda Builder, which will launch in February 2019. Note that you can only register for one session and sessions are first come, first served. There will be limited walk up sessions available onsite as well.

Hotel reservations for SuiteWorld19 can be made during the registration process. Rooms are available at a cost of $269 per night.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

You may cancel your room without penalty up to five days prior to your arrival date.

Miscellaneous

What do I need to bring with me to check in at SuiteWorld?: Please be prepared to show a photo ID in order to pick up your conference name badge.
I lost my badge. What do I do?: Conference attendees are required to wear their badge at all times. If you lose yours, please return to the registration counter for a new one. Please note that a $75 fee will apply for lost or replacement badges.
Can I bring a guest?: You can bring a guest to GloFest on Wednesday, April 3rd. Guest passes can be added to your registration onsite at the cost of $295 each.
What is the attire for the conference?: We suggest business casual.
What is the weather like in Las Vegas in April?: Weather in Las Vegas is usually warm, but it’s always a good idea to dress in layers. Meeting rooms will be cool.
